First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book. Click to “Book Now” button and select the date you wish to book your activity on by clicking the calendar date. Dates in green mean activity places are still available, while dates in grey are no longer available. Click on the date you wish to book and select the time.

On the following window, choose the number of adults travelling, and fill the “Contact Information”, please write your mobile number with country code. Next, answer the questions such as pickup details and your language.

On the last occurring page, please enter your payment information, and click to “Process Booking” button.

For most bookings made on our website You will receive a confirmed voucher by email instantly within seconds. If any activity requires manual confirmation due to “minimum number of participants is required to start the activity”, the latest date to confirm your booking is 24 hours earlier prior to the start of the tour.

Your booking number can be found on both the confirmation page following your booking submission and in the confirmation email, received once your tour has been confirmed.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, You can go to the link in your booking confirmation email to make changes to your booking, or please contact TES Tour via phone or email.

To cancel a booking, You can go to the link in your booking confirmation email, or You can contact TES Tour directly via email or phone so that we can assist you. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the activity’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation charges vary for each product and are listed on the product pages, under the “Book Now” button for your reference. Usually, cancellation policy is:

- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

For most of online bookings, pickup & drop-off is included to the service. At the end of your booking, there will be a question about "Pickup Location", so please mention your hotel name in that blank.

If You didn't book your hotel yet, You can just write that You didn't book the hotel. But please contact TES Tour Baku at least 24 hours before travel to provide your accommodation details.

Here are some average weather facts about Azerbaijan:

• During the month of May and September you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures that fall between 20 degrees Celsius (68°F) and 25 degrees Celsius (77°F).
• On average, the warmest month(s) are July and August.
• Baku has dry periods in February, April, May, June, July, August and September.
• On average, the warmest month is July.
• On average, the coolest month is January.
• November is the wettest month in the regions out of Baku.
• July is the driest month.
• Winter starts in the regions (snow in Guba and Gabala) from the 2nd half of the November. Snow remains until the 1st week of March.

An e-Visa can be obtained easily anywhere with an internet connection and it saves time that you would otherwise spend on visa applications at Azerbaijani foreign representations or at the ports of entry into Azerbaijan (if you are eligible).

When you're ready, we'll collect some info to reserve your spot for any available dates in the calendar.

3. Enjoy your experience

Once you've secured your spot and made your plans, you're all set! There isn't much else to do besides have a great time (or start the search for your great adventure).

"Reserve Now & Pay Later" allows you to make a confirmed reservation for most of our tours and activities with no upfront payment! Your place will be reserved, and You will receive the booking voucher to your email as soon as the activity is confirmed for the date You chose.

Final payment is due two (2) days prior to your selected travel date and will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time the reservation was made. You can change your payment method later and pay by cash before the start of the activity.

Yes! You can reserve now and pay later by cash. If You want to make payment as in cash, our cashiers will collect the payment from You before the activity start on the day of travel.

In case of no-show, the Cancellation Policy for that activity will apply, and your credit card will be charged according to the cancellation rules. Cancellation rules are listed on the product pages, under the “Reserve Now & Pay Later” button for your reference.

No deposit is required, however you are making payment in amount of one (1) dollar with your authorized credit card at the time of making your reservation. This payment is only to validate your credit card. Thus, it avoids any possible spam reservation requests and gives us better backround to serve our guests thoroughly.
